Through therapeutic painting and storytelling, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your bond, share special moments, and create something beautiful together.

Location: Acorn Counselling 845 Upper James St, Unit 222

For: Mothers & daughters (ages 8-14 and older)

Cost: $40 per dyad. Additional children $10 each.

Charlene is a dedicated mental health professional with a background in supporting children, youth, and families. She brings a compassionate and strengths-based approach to her work, helping families navigate challenges and deepen their relationships. Charlene believes in the power of play and creativity to foster connection, making her the perfect guide for this therapeutic workshop.

As a mom of two daughters, this workshop holds special meaning for Anna. She understands firsthand how busy schedules can make it hard to carve out intentional moments of connection—but also how deeply meaningful those moments can be. This workshop is her way of creating space for other moms and daughters to pause, connect, and celebrate their relationship in a fun and meaningful way.
