Business Coaching for Therapists

For clinicians ready to grow into leadership with clarity, structure, and integrity

You’ve Built a Practice That’s Ready for More—But You’re Not Sure What’s Next

You’ve built a strong clinical foundation.
Your practice is growing (or ready to grow).

But behind the scenes, things may feel:

*scattered or overwhelming

*unclear in terms of next steps

*heavily dependent on you

Many therapists reach this point and realize that clinical skill and business leadership require different tools.

A Different Kind of Business Coaching

This is not about quick growth or hustle.

It’s about building a practice that is:

  • structured enough to hold your work
  • sustainable over time
  • aligned with your values as a clinician and leader

What We Will Focus On

Leadership

Stepping into your role as a leader with clarity, boundaries, and confidence

Systems

Creating simple, effective structures that reduce overwhelm and support growth

People

Navigating hiring, communication, and team dynamics with intention

Our coaching can support therapists who:

  • Have an established private practice (or are ready to grow one)
  • Are considering starting a group practice or expanding their team
  • Feel overwhelmed by the business side of private practice
  • Want support with systems, leadership, and decision-making
  • Value thoughtful, ethical, and long-term growth

1:1 Therapy Business Coaching & Mentorship

Personalized support to help you:

  • Clarify your next steps in private practice or group practice growth
  • Build systems that support your workload
  • Navigate hiring, leadership, and team development
  • Make confident, informed business decisions

This is high-touch, individualized support—not a one-size-fits-all program.

It’s nice to meet you!

I’m Anna Raworth, and this page is a true testament to done is better than perfect.

I jumped into private practice 10 years ago, not really knowing where things will go, and now have an incredible team of rockstar therapists (full time employees, part time employees, and ICs) who are positively impacting the lives of children and families in my community.

When I started growing Acorn Counselling, my focus was on creating a healthy and sustainable business. As our field grows and expands, and competition increases, I know how to direct my focus and stay grounded in our systems and foundation, while getting creative and strategic and not worrying about what will happen tomorrow or next month.

Some of the things I am well versed in (accommodating my nerdy parts) are:
-legal aspects, documentation, CRA and college requirements and bylaws, and other fun things in realm of law
-structuring employee models, both part time and full time
-managing, tracking, and forecasting financials
-leadership development
-team development, practice culture, and conflict resolution
-mindset AND systems to run a practice smoothly
-visionary work, rooted in values and our personal “why”
-delegation and building out leadership teams

And so much more. This work has been so incredibly fun, and I’d love to support values-driven leaders in stabilizing their practices and building a strong foundation from which to grow.

Want to work together?

If you’re looking for business coaching for therapists that focuses on sustainability, leadership, and ethical growth, you’re invited to connect. Fees begin at $200/hour, and consultation calls not available at this time.

To inquire about services, please email me directly at anna@acorncounselling.org with the subject “coaching” outlining who you are, how long you’ve been in practice and stage of business development, and hopes for working together.

In the meantime, I will share with you that a friend and I are building something big that will focus on both business coaching and leadership development, and it will be separate from Acorn and the landing page will probably even be a bit prettier.

But done is better than perfect, for now.
