What our group offers:
- Practical skills and strategies to manage social anxiety and emotional ups and downs
- A safe, creative space where they can express themselves and feel supported by others with similar experiences
- A deeper understanding of why avoiding social situations and emotions only makes anxiety worse, and how to face fears gradually
- Techniques like body awareness, breathwork, and grounding to reduce anxiety in social settings
- Tools to help them build self-confidence, set small achievable goals, and take brave steps forward in their social life
- A sense of belonging and connection, as they form bonds with peers in a non-judgmental group setting
