  • Complaining of stomach aches or headaches, especially before big events

  • Learning how to cope with anxiety and manage their worry
  • Develop the tools and strategies to battle worries no matter what form they take
  • Understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioural responses so that they can engage and participate in things that are important to them
  • Supported by parents who will join some sessions to learn alongside their child in a playful and engaging way

I’m Anna Raworth, a Play Therapist, and Executive Director at Acorn Counselling. I am working with Sabrina to bring this fun and effective program to our community, so that kids and families can learn skills to manage anxiety.
